Terms and Fees
Semper reviews each application on its individual merit and applies a bespoke approach to loan structuring. All fees and interest payable for your loan will be specified in your letter of offer and loan agreement.
- Establishment Fee – 2.2% inc gst
- Legal Fees and Disbursements at cost
- Valuations are outsourced and the cost depends on the property value, location, type etc.
COMMISSIONS
- 1-2% without client appointment (higher with client appointment), paid at drawdown
